By Home Appointment is a one-on-one service tailored to your needs. Whether you need a custom hat for a special occasion, a last-minute event, or a seasonal headwear update, we bring the collection to you—at your preferred location and time.

As a result, enjoy a pleasant and effortless shopping experience, with of course no obligation to buy. Ultimately, we are simply here to help.

What to expect
  • Please allow 1 hour for your home appointment.
  • During your appointment you will be able to try on the selection of styles and varieties discussed at your booking.
  • Our team have extensive experience working alongside a dedicated network of top stylists and personal shoppers and are on hand to provide styling advice if required.
  • You can then purchase any pieces directly on site.
  • Card payments accepted.

After-Care
  • If you’re commissioning a bespoke piece, we take your measurements and colour swatches during the first appointment.
  • We will then return for your ‘fitting’ in due time. This second home appointment is of course complementary.
  • Please allow 1-3 weeks for your bespoke piece to be made; meanwhile, we ensure every detail is crafted to perfection.
