This is a one-on-one service tailored to your needs – whether you are looking to have a special hat made for an occasion, or you have a last-minute event, or you are interested in trying a seasonal update of headwear essentials, we bring the collection out to you – to a location to suit you and at a time to suit you.

The result – an enjoyable and effortless shopping experience, with no obligation to buy. We are simply here to help.

What to expect
  • Please allow 1 hour for your appointment.
  • During your appointment you will be able to try on the selection of styles and varieties discussed at your booking.
  • Our team have extensive experience working alongside a dedicated network of top stylists and personal shoppers and are on hand to provide styling advice if required.
  • Any pieces you wish to buy can be purchased on site.
  • Card payments accepted.

After-Care
  • If you are having a bespoke piece made for you, measurements and colour swatches will be taken during the first appointment.
  • We will then return for your ‘fitting’. This second appointment is complementary.
  • Where possible please allow 1-3 weeks for your bespoke piece to be made.
